1. Why is my workout tracking wrong or not working?

Answer:

  1. Check that you have the latest version of the app.
  2. Check that your app is allowed to run and use the GPS in the background.

It is also possible to use other GPS devices to track your workouts. I recommend Garmin Connect compatible devices like these:

Personally I’m using a Garmin GPS watch to track all my workouts for my team :)


2. Can I delete a team?

Answer: Yes, you can. But be careful!

  1. Go into Teams and click on the team you want to delete.
  2. Go to the advanced tab and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Click the delete button.

Before you delete a team you should know this:

  • All users needs at least one team.
  • All data stored under this team will be lost.

Are you sure you want to delete this team and not just rename it?


3. Can I choose dogs separatly for each workout?

Answer: Yes, of course. After you are done tracking you can edit the workout and choose dogs and dog positions for that workout.

Only the dogs that attended the workout will accumulate data from this workout.

Next time you record a workout, it will remember the last settings.


4. Why isn’t my fitness, form and fatigue graphs calculated?

Answer: Check that your workouts have GPS data or at least distance, avg speed and duration.

GPS data will produce the most accurate data.


5. Can I use the app offline?

Answer: The current version is not 100% offline compatible. You need to be online to start the app and to start a tracking. While you are tracking it will work fine offline.

We are working on an offline version in the near future.


6. Is it possible to add a workout plan on a week to week basis?

Answer: Yes, that is possible. Just click the week numbers in the calendar. Then you will be able to add a sum for the whole week.


7. Is it possible to use the app from a PC or Mac?

Answer: Yes, that is possible. Just go to the webpage: https://themusher.app/


8. How much does the app cost?

Answer: It’s free! No subscription or initial cost. We have some ads inside the app, but nothing to intrusive.


9. How do I delete a workout?

Answer: This is how you do it:

  1. Click “Workouts” in the main menu at the bottom of the app.
  2. Click the workout you want to delete.
  3. Click the “Advanced” button and scroll all the way to the bottom.
  4. Click the red “Delete …” button and confirm.

10. How do I delete a dog?

Answer: This is how you do it:

  1. Click “Menu” in the main menu at the bottom of the app.
  2. Click “Dogs” in the dashboard.
  3. Click the dog you want to delete.
  4. Click the “Advanced” button and scroll all the way to the bottom.
  5. Click the red “Delete …” button and confirm.
